Thank you for your purchase from deaglamour. We appreciate your business. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please see the full details below regarding our return policy and process.

Policy Details
You can return your item 14 days from the date you received it.
Items that can’t be returned include: intimate wear, inner wear, single use items.
For all returns, the only thing you need to include in your package is the purchased item. The item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached .

Shipping Fees
You are responsible for most return shipping fees. Shipping fees is refundable once the item is returned to us and varified. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return.

Exceptions: deaglamour will cover shipping fees in when Items are damaged and/or defective or Customer did not order item.
shipping fee will be refunded to customer once the product return is confirmed

Restocking Fees
deaglamour does not charge restocking fees.

Process Details
To return your purchase from deaglamour, place the item securely in in its original packaging, if possible. The package will include the correct return address on the shipping label on the package to the customer to inform the customer of where to return the item if necessary
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, deaglamour will process your return.  deaglamour will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
